Life is full of promise, but sometimes we need a person to help us find our way to the destinations we want to reach. Mentoring or coaching by a trained community member who has a desire to build a positive relationship with less experience persons in the community maybe just the thing to help you blossom into your better self.

Discover Your Greatest Self.

“When a young person, even a gifted one, grows up without proximate living examples of what she may aspire to become--whether lawyer, scientist, artist, or leader in any realm--her goal remains abstract. Such models as appear in books or on the news, however inspiring or revered, are ultimately too remote to be real, let alone influential. But a role model in the flesh provides more than inspiration; his or her very existence is confirmation of possibilities one may have every reason to doubt, saying, 'Yes, someone like me can do this.”
- Sonia Sotomayor

Stop Talking Start Living.

“If you have a dream, don’t just sit there. Gather courage to believe that you can succeed and leave no stone unturned to make it a reality.”

- Roopleen
My son was not able to focus in school. He was not able to sit still in class and was always getting into trouble because he acted like the class clown. After a short time in the mentoring program I saw a change in him at home and it showed in his school performance. He is a different person. I recognize a good mentoring program to everyone who needs added support for their children.

Bullying was a problem at our child’s school and she participated in it by picking on less popular students. We tried to talk to her about it and we punished her, but had limited success. It was suggested she get a mentor. She did not want to do it at first, but after a while she really got into it. She made new friends, got new hobbies, and is showing compassion for others instead of bullying them. We couldn’t be happier!

Life was not the same for my husband after his military service. He didn’t sleep, had a short temper, didn’t want to go anywhere, and it scared me. I know he wanted to find a job, but he never held one very long. PTSD was printed on a flyer and he finally joined a group of his peers to just talk. Things slowly got better, and now he accepts mentoring to adjust his life. He is getting better, bit by bit…

Take Back Your Life.

“God did not create you to be alone. He deposited skills, knowledge, and talents in someone out there who is expected to mentor you, teach you and encourage you to go high. Go, get a mentor!”
- Israelmore Ayivor, The Great Hand Book of Quotes
“The best help we can offer the youth of today is to prepare them for tomorrow.”

“Look for solutions, instead of being difficult; be more thoughtful, instead of allowing anger to burn you out. Look at things from a different perspective, embrace change, look out for opportunities and you will feel much more in control.”
